Sodium bentonite clay (H2O infiltration remediation)
Mentioned here pertaining to being applied (“pumped” like mud jacking) to the foundation exterior, especially when a lack of work space is involved.

Also:
1. Moisture stain line: Is it 2 inches high, or 4 feet?
2. WHAT ARE THE CLIENTS EXPECTATIONS FOR A “DRY” BASEMENT ?
3. YOU CAN MINIMIZE, NOT ELIMINATE, MOISTURE IN BASEMENTS
Useful points/notes:
  •  Ask what are the clients’ expectations for a “dry” basement?
  •  You can *minimize* – not eliminate – moisture in basements.
  • There are people who had spent 10’s of thousands of dollars on an exterior drainage system for their home that failed to have a cleanout installed (zero access) to remove debris from the system when necessary. ACCESS is essential for anything  to be inspected, repaired/replaced/maintained.
  • No bushes or trees should be planted near an exterior drainage system.
  • Hydraulic cement (quick-drying) for sealing interior foundation cracks.
  • Structural plaster mentioned
