I can’t recommend Jason highly enough as he is meticulous, detailed, and an excellent communicator. He will make sure you understand the most pressing improvement needs of a house versus what’s long-term. In a previous job, I worked in a manufacturing plant on projects to monitor and control corrosion, so I spent a good amount of time working with the plant’s inspection department. These inspectors have to deal with large, tall, heavy structures and make assessments about very old objects underneath insulation and concrete as well as those underground. Jason reminds me of these inspectors with his depth of knowledge and treating your home improvements as if it’s a project in his own house! During our visit, he took his time to look at drainage and even gave an overview of the scope of the repairs we could expect. This was above and beyond and gave us peace of mind. The price for Philly Inspect was very reasonable and Jason earned every penny. With the age of the homes in this area, you need a meticulous inspection to know what you’re getting into. Jason is outstanding!

Jason is one of the most comprehensive, thoughtful, and wonderful professionals I’ve ever had the courtesy to work with. He spent time prior to the inspection to research the house and area, arrived early to the inspection, and answered all our questions as first time home buyers during the extensive and comprehensive inspection. I would recommend Jason to anyone for home inspections, especially those who are first time home buyers. Unfortunately this home did not work out, but I will definitely contact Jason again for any future home inspections.

I chose Philly Inspect after extensive research and I can say that Jason only met and exceeded my expectations. He was very responsive and detailed. We were able the quickly find a time for my inspection; I originally wanted to have several inspections done but Jason was honest and let me know which inspections he though were necessary but then gave me the option to chose. On the day of the inspection, Jason arrived 30 minutes prior to the appointment, as did I. I appreciated when he took time to walk around and ask neighbors about their experiences in order to gain valuable insight. I unfortunately had very unprofessional real estate agents but Jason remained extremely patient, professional, and continued to put my best interests first. During the inspection, Jason was very thorough but also took time to answer my questions and give me helpful advice. Overall, a painless and thorough process for a great value.

Jason is an extremely thorough, detail-oriented inspector. We were a bit nervous about inspection on our first home purchase, but he provided an extensive report that left us much more knowledgeable and confident about the state of our future home. From quality-of-life improvements to larger potential risks that needed further follow-up action, all was documented and photographed for future reference. Jason was also highly responsive and easy to coordinate with. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a general home inspection.

Jason is a true professional and expert in his field. He provided a complete and thorough inspection of the entire home while explaining all of his findings along the way. As a real estate investor, I always contact Jason first for the house inspection after my offer got accepted. Jason paid a lot attention on details and his report is very thorough. He would spent 3-5 hours on his inspection as that’s his own house! He would provide you his honest opinions and suggestions as well. And he is very responsive after the job was done, too. Jason Liszkiewicz did a fantastic job with my home inspection. He found every single thing that was wrong with the home inside and out. I avoided buying a home that was very overpriced based on the poor renovations he pointed out. He was also very patient with the extremely rude sellers agent that told us to cut our inspection short multiple times because we were taking longer than they wanted us to. He was so thorough and professional and I believe I the service he provided was worth way more than the cost of the inspection. His knowledge and willingness to answer all of my questions during the inspection far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely try to use him for every home inspection I do in the future.

Super professional service – Jason Liszkiewicz conducted our inspection on our new home and he was very thorough. As someone who rarely writes reviews, I felt it necessary to comment on the services delivered by Jason Liszkiewicz, for our home inspection. For starters, Jason arrived early to prepare the inspection (he even beat us there and we were 15 minutes early). The review was unbelievably thorough and detailed. He walked us through each room inside the home as well as the exterior of the home, the patio, and the roof (despite it sleeting that day). He explained the defects and level of severity. He would even note when something was technically acceptable but not best practice. His professionalism, insight, and level of detail were top notch. Not to mention, his write-up reflected all the details and included photos and recommendations. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Jason again. Highly recommended to anyone buying a home (in our case it was our first and we’re from out of town, so this was even more important)!

My inspector was Jason, and I’m very happy with my home inspection. He was polite and patient, and his thorough report arrived the next day. We have a lot of clutter that made the inspection more difficult but he was gracious about our clutter and was able to check hard to reach places and get clear photos of the potential trouble spots. I’ll be calling him first for future home inspections. Also, thanks to the guy who I talked to on the phone (Nathan I think?) for kindly helping me get the inspection on short notice.

The experience we had with Jason made our home buying experience so much more helpful. We are first time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing at first. He has so much knowledge. I have used them twice thus far and their work is amazing. I highly recommend them for being so thorough and honest in their inspections. There was no detail that wasn’t left without being pointed out. Buying a house is a scary venture, but with their inspection I can clearly see what the flaws are and then assess what I’m working with. I used inspector Jason as he was awesome to work with!

We used VG for a home inspection for what will be our first home. I dont know about the company or any other inspectors but Jason Liszkiewicz was incredible!! He was thorough, educational and spent so much time and care! I learned about housing structure and maintenance during the course of his inspection and feel much more prepared for home ownership. We were able to use his detailed inspection report to negotiate the price of a home we are looking to purchase. He was personable, respectful and professional. I can not recommend him highly enough.

I had two inspections performed (one by Brad and one by Jason) and was thrilled with both. They are VERY thorough and personable. The first time I was at the property with the inspector and he early knew his business. The second time I only communicated by email, but Jason was again very approachable and his knowledge saved me from buying a house that needed close to 25% of its value in repairs alone. We passed on that lemon, and are very thankful for the minimal cost of an inspection saving us tens of thousands in potential repairs.
