SEE WITH THERMAL VISION
A thermal camera scan of the home is included with a general home inspection, but if you only want a thermal camera scan of your home interior, you can schedule me to do that starting at $95. The price increases depending on the size of the home. Call or email me for pricing if your home is over 3,700 square feet.
INSULATION CONDITIONS
Scanning the home interior with a thermal camera can quickly show how the insulation behind walls and ceilings is performing in real-time.
DETECTING INDICATIONS OF POSSIBLE MOISTURE
If indications of possible moisture are suspected while using the thermal camera, a moisture meter will then be used to non-destructively touch the surface of the suspected area to confirm or deny the detection of an elevated level of moisture.
ELECTRICAL OVER-HEATING
Over-heating of electrical components can sometimes be discovered, from switches to circuit breakers.
REPORT
A basic report will be sent within 24 hours of the scan stating the findings and professional opinion(s) of the home conditions.

- Infrared technology has proven itself to be so applicable to non-destructive testing applications it has been embraced by the American Society of Non-Destructive Testing.
